Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are never stored by us.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment is processed when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email contact@pawleyhouse.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
Are there any additional fees?
Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no hidden fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@pawleyhouse.com with your order number. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.
Is return shipping free?
The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, the return is completely free.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we refund your original payment method and confirm by email.
How do I find my size?
Tap "Find my size" next to the size selector on any product page. Enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions and get a recommendation in seconds.
Do women's and men's pieces use different sizes?
Yes. Women's and men's clothing follow standard sizing (XS–XXL), and our size assistant uses separate charts for each, as well as for coats, knitwear, dresses and shoes.
I'm between two sizes. What should I choose?
For coats and jackets you'll wear over knitwear, we recommend the larger size. For fitted knits and dresses, choose your usual size.
Can I get personal sizing advice?
Of course. Email us your height, weight and the size you usually wear, and we'll recommend the best fit.
How should I care for wool and knitwear?
Hand wash cold or dry clean, lay flat to dry and fold rather than hang. Always check the care label on the individual garment.
Are the colors shown accurately?
We photograph our pieces in natural light to show their true colors. Slight differences can occur depending on your screen settings.
Will sold-out items come back?
Many of our styles are restocked each season. Join our newsletter to hear first when favorites return.
