90-day returns

If something isn't right, you have 90 days from the delivery date to return it.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box, tried on indoors only.
• Socks and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@pawleyhouse.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply by email with your printable return label.
3. Pack the item(s), attach the label and drop the parcel off with the carrier.

Return shipping

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, your return is completely free.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return has been inspected, we refund your original payment method and confirm by email. Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help.
